Futureal - keep up the great work !

I never noticed how much lower the upper deck is and the spur gear is compared to the 415! When is this car coming out?

If Tamiya bring this car out with a diff or spool up front i can see my credit card getting a bashing yet again.

Anyone else notice that it doesn't have the new rear suspension?

I know il probably get a good moan at me, but i actually thought i was looking at a BD until i saw the car stand.
the top shot reveals the motor mount etc is quite different but, its like mr tamiya designer has looked at the BD and gone, oooooh we need that bit and this bit, (mainly bulkheads and top deck.

This new tamiya looks like it can withstand a head on collision with a savage. This car looks really thick and sturdy. But I expect to see this car being $600 street price.

Tamiya have a spool coming out for the 415 and Evo IV in June.
Item 49358 TRF415 Front Direct Coupling (Spool)
Item 49359 TB Evolution IV Front Direct Coupling (Spool)
That was from the June releases on the Tamiya.com website.

I'm still not entirely convinced that everything on the car is to make it faster... only easier to work on.
I deffo agree that the bulkheads look more BD/Cyclone ish
