Any number exactly on, or over 4.5 is what you are looking for

I think this was the question brought up last year. It would cause a DQ.

Finally booked my room. If you haven't booked your room yet, you should do it ASAP. Tomorrow, Sept 16th, is the last day you can get a room at the IIC rate.

last year mike we had to be on the other side..no rounding up
