I started with a single Spintec when they first came out. But, now use two Trinity Dyna Pulses to discharge all my 4/6 cell batteries after runs. Most often, it seems that the Dyna Pulse at only 30 amps discharges faster than the Spintec did at 35 amps. It could be that the programming of the Trinity units has them discharging for longer segments of time during the discharging cycle.

Not saying anything negative about the Spintec. I just needed units that would do packs for my 1/12th scale and TC cars.

I run stock and just getting into 19 turn.

Does anybody have any fact or opion about storing your batteries in the cold, as in 40-50f range, (like a cold garage)

I used to hear of guys storing cells in their fridge. Wondering if there are any advantages or disadvantages to this.

I know charging a cold pack isn't good. Just wondering about storage....

Hi, Danny

I`m going to perchase 3packs of smc3800.

Because, I was impressed by your smc3300 cells.

I want to know that can use two times per day.

3rounds of qualifyng and 3rounds of A-main finals.

I`m 23T stock class racer and I will use 3packs of smc3800 only for race.

(Race is held nomarly once per month.)

I have already yokomo3700zap2 and it makes me going up to podium,

But I wanna more power and speed!!!

And if you tell me how to treat the IB3800 when using more than once per day,

it will be very usefull to me.

Sorry for my poor english..

Son In-Kwon: You can use the batteries twice, just as long as they are completely cooled before you charge them up again.

Glad to hear that you liked our GP3300s. You can use the IB3800s 2 times per raceday as long as they cool off in between runs. Please follow the tips in our charging section of our website and you should get great performance out of your packs.
