I have little boosted data that is current. But wanted you to know that on the SchuurSpeed motor ZERO timing mark is zero. If you are trying one please let us know.

The motor is not an OEM of another brand.

Can't speak for the 13.5 but the 17.5 is one of the fastest motors at my local tracks.

Started running onroad recently and looking for some gearing help for a SchuurSpeed 17.5 motor in blinky with a HobbyWing Just Stock speedo. Both carpet and asphalt tracks with about a 75 straights. Running a Spec-R S1 touring car, box stock. Internal gearing is 1.9

Thanks!

Ron, just purchased a 21.5 for my Mini and would like to know if there is a way to advance the timing to the 50 degree range. Presently it just doesn't wind tight enough to generate much speed in a Mini.

Hi Eric

I'd suggest starting at 3.9 and monitor temps especially on carpet. Watch temps on asphalt as well depending on grip levels.

Default rotors

Hi there, I have a couple of the schuur speed 17.5's, please tell me which rotor comes with them? I see on your website that it is 12.5mm but it doesnt state whether its the short or long one?
Which one would you recommend for a TC running blinky/zero timing/geared for 175F on small tight tracks.
Thanks.

Wanted to Congratulate Oliver Clipper on his A Main finish at the REEDY Race of Champions On Road race last weekend.

Oliver was using his SchuurSpeed 13.5T Extreme Stock SPEC motor.
