Hmmm that evo4 is turning out to to be the step child in the tamiya family.

It's kind of dissapointing that none of the Tamiya drivers are running the Evo IV. The car absolutely flies.

As a sponsored driver, Hara should be running the newest cars, this is to drum up publicity and support for new products. Even if it means having to race the hard way.

If every driver drove the car they were comfortable with every race, there will never be improvements to existing cars or new products. Not to mention, the drivers themselves will improve if they learn to drive as many different cars as they are allowed to.

It makes marketing sense Hara should drive the Cyclone for this race as a win or near win will give the Cyclone the publicity it needs when it reachers stores in the next month or two (or more )

Jeff,

A number of us ran brushless at the race... Jarrod Scott and I both made the A main running Novak's new Velociti Brushless motors and GTB ESC. Other racers running it who didn't have things go quite there way were Ron Rosetti, Charlie Suangka and Fernando Ghordhino.

I just got back from the race. I'll post the full invite results shortly.

Sorry I stopped the hourly updates earlier in the day, I figure with the other site going I am old news.

Drescher was running the brand new Factory Team TC4.

To those that asked about videos, I'm not preselling anything from this year yet, I will sell it once it is done and that will take about 2 months (including production time). When it's ready, I will be sure to announce it on here.

Anyway, more in a bit.
