guys,

i need some basic setup info for my F-201. the track im gonna run on is an indoor carpet track. info on camber, toe angle, shock length, ride height, etc. will be most appreciated.

How's retirement treating you, Tommi?

Check out www.formula1-rc.com for setup and other tips. There is a lot of info there and I'm sure you'll find some good starting setups there.

retirement's been a bore for me so im prepping a Formula 1 car (powered by RalliArt of course... STi didnt do me any favors for my career) for the upcoming Tamiya Asia Cup.

i just registered to the site you recommended... got all the info i need and i even got a nice setup sheet downloaded for my use.

P.S. i plan to use the setup on Tamiya sanction races. whats the best tamiya f201 tire for this? coz i doubt they will allow me to use foams on this car.

Get a couple sets of Type A tires and you should be good to go. If the track temp is pretty warm, the tires will start to grain pretty badly, so you'll definitely want more than one set.

tmak: ok thought we had a local carpet track that only you knew about see you this weekend. hope youre ready with your 1st installement so i can get front universals for my TA04. if not, ill get the ones from your F201 and trim them down

Question for y'all: can I use side by side packs for F201 or do I have to use stick packs?
