I figured that as well. I use Tamiya oil in my F201, I haven't really noticed a change, but on cool or cold days, a warm to hot shock above the motor will probably work differently than the others. On warm to hot days, perhaps all the shocks are the same.

Default New F1 schedule in January at SoCal

Hi to all So. CA racers--

Working on getting a regular schedule of racing F1 at SoCal Raceway starting in January. The concept of 2nd and 4th Tuesdays as regular events has met with considerable acceptance, and I'm hoping that by making this specific we can get the kind of turnout this class deserves!

In January 2004, this would be the 13th and 27th---racing starts at 7 PM on weeknights. Hope to see you there!

Great raceday at Revelation last sat night. Terry, it was nice to meet you. I won't be at the T4T race next sun.

Hey neil, Quick question, the last F1RL race is at Tamiya, this coming weekend. Saturday the 20th correct? If it is, I'm game one to see what the car can do.

Thanks for the kind words. It looks like I got a good baseline to try other stuff to get the car a little bite freer around the corners to carry more corner speed, I kinda had a funny feeling about my car just stopping i the middle othe corner and not flowing through it. Plus, I got to solve my pitch the car, and power on oversteer issue, but I got it traced to a lossening diff. Still a work in progress, but some day I'll aim it at the big dogs in the class.

Hey G, I thought you were going to run the F1RL, what happened? I still can't believe you bent the pivot ball! That's a first.

Hey Neil,
Good job on grinding down Tony for the win. Yeah, I was going to run, but I didn't wanna take points away from anyone since it was pretty close in terms of the points. Maybe the next F1RL season, I'll be in for that.

Neil,

It was my fault, I asked George not to run (and thanks for cooperating George) because there is a very close battle for the sportsman class and George can easily get up there and become a factor. Run with us next time George, it's a lot of fun

Congrats to all the winners in this season's F1RL
