The nice spur gear adapter was discontinued some time ago. Other then one MLP was making the only other one I know of is the Tobee Craft one that comes with the spur and doesn't take standard spurs.

just checked... both places are empty for the cool spur (as far as i can tell)

i could do without the purple, that's for sure...

Unfortunately that is the only one made anymore, it is a metric pitch gear and the adapter doesn't fit standard gears. MLP has made some ones for standard gears but he has been in poor health lately so it looks like his shop is on hold until he can get back to it.

what does this mean to me? the only one available is the purple one? OK. where do i find spur gears for it, and where do i find pinions with the same pitch?

The Tamiya pinions should work fine. I think it uses the .4 pitch gears but I am not 100% positive. As for the spurs...That I don't know. I haven't carried replacement spurs for that...maybe RC Mart?

I just looked and I have one of those white metal spur adapters..... I think I got it from square 1...

That adapter uses any standard spur small enough to fit in the chassis.

Hy there!

I have a question wich damper oil is recomended for the Tamiya Alu shock set?

In David junes Setup i read a 3000 oil ? But this is no shock oil its seems to be a diff oil? Is this right?

Yup, you read it correctly - diff oil. I used Mugen 3000wt. It works but now that I have the option Tamiya shocks and pistons I like them much better.
