Hi ritchie. I ended up asking Tamiya to post my race report simply because I had many requests for it. Those who initially asked me for it got the meat of the report, the full report is on the website. Besides, it's good that other people are aware because if you defeat them on the track, it's more gratifying.

curious that F1 is getting the ax in the birthplace of the real f1... but in the Tamiya Asia Cup where i'll be going to, the mini and f-1 class winners get a trip to the worlds in japan...

Yeh, in Australia, we get a trip to Japan for:

Stock
F1
GT1

We only get a top level kit for winning Mini.

I've had several requests for pics of my A tire insert construction. What I will do is do a cut away of this tire and post it here. Hopefully, that will help everyone out.

That's awesome. Very curious to take a look at it!

In fact, any pictures of your car would be GREAT to see!

Hey Guys, I have a question for yas. This isn't specific to the F201 as such but it does however apply.

What will the tightness of the ball diffs achieve??

From what I've seen:
Tight = Torque (Less Speed)
Loose = High Speed (Less Torque)

Is that correct?? Could anyone shed any light on that?? Also, how does it affect the handling of the car??

I don't know what you are smoking again, but that is definitely my pit. Notice the grungy, unwashed aromatic towel, the rusted car stand, and the general messy non fung shuwei arrangement of things.

I'm confused as to how you can correlate the tightness of the ball diffs to torque and high speed. The tightness of the diff mainly will deal with the car's handling and cornering ability. When you talk of torque and high speed (rpm), I think of the motor and motor tuning.

Default Ferrari Monza 2001

For Neil--

A visual for your interest in the Scuderia's response after Sept. 11, 2001. Outstanding statement, in my opinion.
