That matters on the track you race at. Even then each person's driving style dictates setup.

Hi Guys,

Just want to post a quick note on here: We'll be starting the 3rd season of F1RL earlier this year (September) I'll have a schedule up soon. There will be some possible rule changes and it's going to be a longer series. Keep checking www.f1rl.com for updated information

Newbie Questions?

What's the ideal gearing for the Tamiya Type R motor, stock or high-speed set? We run on a medium high-speed track?

Off Topic Question?

- Which is better the Tamiya 2400 SP (blue) or the Tamiya 2400 Zapped battery?

Thanks in advance.

Default Set up Help

Does anyone have any good set ups for the F201.

I am looking for a Carpet setup for a Scotty's type track or a carpet track that may be slightly tighter.

I need just a good basic start and I can go from there.

Springs, oil, ride height, piston holes, camber, toe, etc.

any help would be great.

Thanks,
Larry

You can ask hickmeister for a setup. He did really well at that track.

Default decals

Does anyone know where I would be able to find any good vintage decals that would work on the F201. I am looking to do the Williams Renault Rothmans Livery from 1994.

Any info on where to get good decals for the F201 would be appeciated.

Default Re: decals

AMS makes a decal set with a rothmans livery, I am not sure of the year but it would be the closest I know of. I think speedtech has a few of the AMS sets, if not you could try rainbow ten.
