I just got the new super nova comp during last week and used it for the first time over the week end at the Off road Vic titles (Australia).

I used book settings (4-step) to charge my year old Kinetix gp3300's in stock 2 and 4wd , took TQ in 4wd and 3rd in 2wd, I lost TQ in 2wd by 2 sec.

So yes I think the new method of charging has helped.

After 8 months of no use of these batts, or 2 years of using my 4wd I think this is a good showing of the new charge methods.

Cheers

Well in stock yesturday, in my first final i charged at 6A, the car felt flat out of the corners and dead down the straight. Charged at 10A for the second final and went a bit easier on the throttle, was a rocket out the corners and on the straight you could hear the motor singing.... Gave me my fastest laps all day and a rapid time... Im won over for charging that high now when you need it. Im only racing every two weeks, a practice day and a race day.
