Default Servo - Rubber Grommets?

I have never used the rubber grommet thingys that come with a servo .. should these be used????

Mostly for gas car racing. Vibration is a somewhat bad thing for servo's. Some racers can mount directly, but the chance of the servo failing prematurely is greater. Hope this helps.

I've never used them in electric cars, only in nitro.
