Default Way to go ROAR...

http://www.liverc.com/news/announcem...ps_in_America/

Such a sad state of affairs ROAR is in, no track wanted to host worlds. No bids? Geezus, you go FIND a track to host it. You make it work, that's what you are elected for.

There is a reason no track bid.....and it certainly isn't because they are lazy.

I read the article and was encouraged. By the sound of Tim Potter's response in the other World's thread, there's a chance we might still get it. I am glad to see that ROAR asked for the "second chance" rather than blowing off the opportunity.

Our paperwork is going in this weekend.

No matter who gets the race in the US, it will be a total US effort to knock it out of the park.

I know from our perspective, the city is hopping on board to assist us with the race.

Excellent news. My only question, do either of you have plans for carpet? I know there are some in the Tampa area. Are you planning something for carpet (since that is what IFMAR wants) or trying to get it all asphalt?

Yes, Wingracer, we have plans to make it all happen. We wouldn't have done what we have been doing all week if we didn't plans for the carpet. It is a 1 minute walk to the GYM in the same park we have our track.
