Default nicd to nimh on tt01

Hey howzit going, I have a tamiya tt01 and I wanted to switch from nicd to nimh. Is there any special procedure to do that or can I just hook it up and its ready to run without it shorting any wires? please help.

NiCad and NiMH packs will work the same in your TT-01. The difference is in how you charge the packs.

I am a beginner myself and I also suggest you go lipo. I have a tt01 on 4500mah lipo 2S and I get over an hour on my stock silver can consistently.
