This unit will be at RCX and reedy race but not for sale though. Motor Cooler will be used by most of MuchMore sponsored drivers, including Surikarn, Hara and Marc. products are ready but packaging is not done yet. we are expecting shipment in june.

JK
i'll take 2, just ship me the packaging later, heck you can keep it

Seems annoying that packaging would be the reason for something not being available atm, maybe its more than just the box, but whatever, its always the way isnt it, and its a shame because with something like this, nobody really cares that much how it looks or the box it comes it, as its all about the performance.
TeamPharisWheel's version was an 'ugly duckling' in the market really, but its results spoke for itself, didnt need to be glammed up any, just let it do its thing.

Still, nice to have a nice shiney thing on the car if you've got the choice

How big is this? It looks a little small (might overheat?)

Another pic of the cooler

By the size of the clip you get a good idea of the size of the whole unit.
It'll be available in black too.

looks pretty good to more...more attractive than the TeamPharisWheel's one (no offence of course)

i aint really im the know on computers...so how do these 'peltier' cooler things actually get such low temperators? all i can see is a hefty heatsink and a fan

there is a electric component called "peltier". it produce heat on one side and cools down on the other side. Peltier has been around for quite a while now. people try to make diffrent thing utilizing peltier and we came up with this. the fan on this unit is high revolution type brushless fan. probably more then 4000 rpm. if you look at the size of the unit. we need fast fan to get maximum efficiency

The thing about these units...

The heatsinks cost $10, and the peltier less than $10 cdn... dread to think what this complete unit will retail for..

Yup, even though I dread the retail price..... if its under $70 CDN, there will be one in my pit as soon as I can get one...

Unless I find a generous machinist...
