Default FK04 Ball diff

Hi

I rebuild my FK04 ball diff with new part, but is look too large to fit on the bulkhed, i don't know why..............

Please help me

Default FK04 diff

I remove one of the bulkhed..........i rebuild the diff ( change thrust bearing ... clean....grease) when i finish i but the diff on the bulkhed but when i but the other bulkhed on the chassis the hole off bulkhed does'nt fit (the diff look too large)

Are your diff rings properly seated on the diff halfs? If not, the diff will be wider.

Yes is't properly seated................

i bet a bearing came loose or one of the dif balls.

sounds like the diff balls fell out of there holes.. take it apart and make sure all is seated ..
