Default team crc (bad customer service)

a while back i ordered several parts for my t-fource and one item was on backorder, so i waited and waited. one day i decided to ask about my backordered item. they had it on stock few days after i placed the order and i was not informed. so i told them that i still havent received the item. the person was like "ok im shipping it today, should be there soon" i waited for weeks and still nothing, i called the person and ask about it and they were like, "oh i need to charge u 9.99 for it because we didnt charge it from the rest of ur items" . so i waited and waited for nothing. so i gave him my card number and PURCHASED the back ordered item. and they said it will be ship the next day. well, its been more than a week and still nothing. i never had any problems like this on any other RC companies. very unprofessional. so i decided, F*** this company im switching.

so anyone interested in crc t-fource team red edition with lots of spares and tires for 50.00 shipped pm me. yes, im that pissed to this company im switching to bmi l4.

I've known Frank and the Boys for a while and never had a problem. Actually, I've had nothing but GREAT customer service and super fast shipping. Maybe just bad luck?

My dad and I have done dealings with Calandra in the past and we have encountered similar problems (while not as bad as the one you described) Now when I order I browse the website & write the part numbers of what I want down and order by telephone with no problems whatsoever Even if CRC was the hardest of all manufactuers to purchase from it'd be worth it for the cool stuff they put out.

I love my T-Force. Favorite car in my arsenal

i would not e-mail them, i had the same problem, it is better to call. i was told to call by someone at the track after i told them about the e-mail. i usually get right though, and get someone very helpful.

i have heard of some problems from time to time, but it usually get fixed quickly.

My brother and myself both have CRC cars.Ordered from them over the phone on more than one occasion and NEVER had a problem.All items were received within 2 days and we live in Canada!!
