Default Nosram motor question

I was just looking at the nosram web site and noticed their new motor uses a Yokomo "Ti" Teardown. Now being the curious person I am, does this mean that it uses the same parts as a reedy Ti, and just is tuned by Nosram? And if that is true, doesnt that mean it could be used in ROAR events? I was just curious and maybe soneone knows the answer.

By the way, for those of you that dont know, Neill Cragg joined the nosram team not too long ago.

I didnt know if Nosram really did any to it, but I guess what I was asking, could it legaly be run at a roar event, since it is a Ti?

Yes, ROAR legalizes teardowns so any tuner/ manufacturer that uses that teardown is legal.

Thanks. That leads me to wonder, why dont companies such as LRP and Nosram, among others, not have their products distributed in the US? I know LRP sells their chargers and ESC's here, but Nosram and LRP both sell nitro engines, motors, batteries, power supplies, tires, and other things, and Nosram also sells ESC's
