Are you calibrating the speedo? Press the red set button and turn the esc on. Hold for a few seconds after its turned on and then it should blink. Leave in neutral hit button should flash once. Then wide open, hit button. Should flash twice. Then full brake, hit button. Should flash 3 times. Then after Appx 5 seconds should be good to go.

Just wondering, where did you buy it? Was it off ebay or from a dealer. I first I would see if you can get a different receiver to try. If that doesn't work contact the place you bought it. There is something wrong with it.

One thing I noticed on the video you kept your finger on the set button to get neutral. It looked like the first time you took it off and it wouldn't connect. I just wanna be clear with what I seen. Once it starts blinking you need to take finger off and repress the button.

I got it from a shop from in Japan I can't remember
What it's called but it's got the Holograms on the box
It's all real but I think it could be the Transmitter
It's off a hpi maverick and it dose not have
No Option on it

See if you could barrow a transmitter/receiver from someone. If it works then, then you can get a new transmitter. I have used very cheap stock Losi/spectrum transmitters without problems.
