I would not be surprised if the little "football" pivots on the upper arm can be changed out to adjust the suspension, but what I found interesting is that they are getting away from the moving upper arm. They are basically going to an "old school" front end.

What is really interesting though is the link setup. Not only 2 parallel positions, but you may be able to do a CRC style angled link.

I wouldn't think the ball assembly was adjustable in itself, after all it would be a lot of work to try and get it matching each side or would need a different moulding for each setting. But it would be very simple to make alternative upper arms for different camber/caster settings as they are just cut from flat plate.
With the standard F104 lower arm, it would be an easy conversion to do as well.

Looks like you could be right. Separate arms for separate settings. They could make a multi-adjustable setup from the kit or sell tons of $15 carbon arms. It is tamiya after all!

There could be asymmetric upper aluminum ball mounts with different offsets, for camber, & caster

Similar to the suspension arm mounts with Sedans

Looks like a very quick change solution
2 screws each side
Note marking on inside of aluminum mount...

And what's up with that setscrew above the axle block ?
