yeah, its getting pretty expensive over here too.im getting ready to build a new house and im creeping up to close to 400 g's.the house is pretty big,its a 3300 square ft living space house but i could have built it 6 years ago for a 130g.real estate is creeping fast.but then again, when i left new york it was alot more expensive than here.

OC 400K? I'd say much more depending on where you live. Try Laguna Beach, San Juan Cap, Dana Point, etc. and you're looking at a lot more. I just moved from San Marcos (north San Diego), CA where I lived in a pretty basic suburban house, tile roof, on the end of a court, cookie cutter house, 2300 sq feet, etc., and it sold for $615k. That's why I up and moved to Park City, Utah. It's nice, resort living, and I'm not getting road rage.

there are places for a real good deal here in the tampa bay area.there is the suncoast parkway that allows you to live in areas outside the city for alot less but still be within 30 minutes of it all.finding a nice house around here for under 200 k is very common.property taxes are very low and auto insurance is cheap.
schumacher looks like a nice place to be employed.every time i talk to those guys they are always in a good mood.i wish it went that nice at my shop.im a grump 20 minutes after i walk in the front doors.

Wow that sounds like just ridiculous cost of living over there. I bought a 3 br 2 ba 1700sf condo a block from a golf course for 145,000 last February.

god yet aother reason to move stateside later, over here the average house price is about 150,000 ($280,000) and if you wanna live in london your looking at 250,000 ($460,000) just for a normal 3 bedroom house.
