How much lower are we talking about?

The Sophia is already pretty close to the ROAR 104mm limit as it is, when you mount it at a normal "aggressive/race" height...

I have mine ready for this coming Wednesday night racing. Looking forward to seeing how it handles compared to the Sophia. Unlike the Sophia, I like the headlight decals that come with the Gianna. I had started painting my own headlights on the Sophia so it did not just blend in the rest of the field. With 2 different options that come with the Gianna, maybe we all will not get tired of it.

I just measured mine. With tires at 51mm (ride height right at the 4mm limit), the roof height measures 105mm so I believe the Gianna should have no problem passing tech at a ROAR race.

Had my first race meetings with it yesterday. Unfortunately I forgot my Sophia shell so couldn't test back to back.

It gives more initial turn in and helps the car flow through fast corners. Really like it.

Sorry, I use to paint fancy bodies but I'm over it.

Thumbs up used by ROAR NATIONALS CHAMP!

Happy to say that the #1534-00 Gianna GT was granted official ROAR Approval. Matter of fact, it was used by Seth Moore to win the recent 2013 ROAR Nationals in Florida.

4x4 Nitro Touring Car with 2-Speed tranny. <-- Yes!

A friend gave me the used RS4. I race nitro here locally, but was curious enough to see how on road touring cars handled and the price was right - lol

The Gianna GT body fits pretty decently and the original body that came with it was in pretty bad shape. This build isn't necessarily for racing by any means, it's more of something to pull out and run for fun and maybe get my daughter into R/C more. The Gianna GT body simply gave the kit a nice facelift.
