Probably 22.56%. You can see there's a dotted vertical line, which is probably the same that the number is being displayed for. On RPM, it's just above the 10,000 line, and on throttle it's about 22% of the way from the 0 line to the highest points on the graph.

Ok thanks, but rpm reaches 40000 only free wheel should be possible?

You are reading the graph wrong. The figures displayed are at the point of the dotted red line, not directly under the figures. If you look at it like that there's nothing wrong.

Randy - After using this speedo for a day... First LOVED IT!!!!

I did play with the graphing data logger... I would like to ask or request for an improvement...

As the graph lines are very hard to see what the temp or RPM was at a given point in time.

1) The ability when playing back the value at that point in time during play back. 2) The ability to set a Upper and lower limits on the graph would be really cool, so I can see if the motor temp goes over say 195 or the RPMs over 15K...
3) The ability to get the data values based on resolution in a Grid format.
4) This one may be really hard to do, but like with stock market charts, you can put the cursor over a point on the data line and get the value for that point.

5) This one is really out there, but the ability to save a data download, with notes, and over lay another run. To compare changes over say 2 runs...

Firstly, let me say i bought the Gen2 not because I needed to replace my RS pro, but because I felt like treating myself.

Performance wise i found the brakes to be noticeably better (although I'm not one who had an issue with them) and i do believe it is slightly smoother. (13.5T Boosted)

However I'd like to add my 2c worth about the data logging.

1: Some documentation on how to use it would be good, from simple things like what each menu item does to how to use the data to optimise gearing and speedy settings.

2: It doesn't seem to save configuration settings. E.g. I have to change the display from US to metric each time i open the software.

3: it would be nice to have a finer resolution on the time axis. That way you could see that it took x milliseconds to go from full throttle to top RPM for example.

4: As hopper 99 asked, how do you get the red line and the value of the parameter at that point to display.

I'm not wanting to sound too negative and I expect there are improvements on the drawing board already, but just providing some feedback.

We have released a new version of the Hotwire software on our website that improves the functions of the data logging, and has the software for the new Rx8gen2.

There is no update for the RSgen2 esc and we are still using version 238.

Data logging now has a cursor for exact values at a point and allows you to save and recall data log files. You do not have to have an esc plugged into the hotwire to open a data file for any gen2 esc.

We are continuing to improve the data logging but there are some limitations to time due to sample rate. We are listening and still have a few more features coming already.

Default RS Gen 2 on 1s

Can we wire the new RS Gen 2 ESC with an RX pack inline with the switch like we could on the original RS?

Downloaded and looking very good... I also like the feature to set the Throttle curve to C1 or C2, customize it and save it...

Many thanks, the pin point feature is very nice...

What if it's a LiFe pack instead of Lipo?

Any power added to the switch wire will cause immediate failure !!!!!

The only configuration that will work is that standard RX battery or booster and leave all the wires in our servo plug.

Not ready to commit to a ETA on 1S unit, but we are working on it and hope to be ready in time for the indoor season.

Anybody seen RS Gen2 in europe yet?

And maybe also a question where to find dealers. I visted the Tekin site and only found my way to following:
