Unhappy Bent Xray Bulkhead

The other day I noticed that the front "leg" on one of the front bulkheads was bent and slightly twisted, and therefore throwing the suspension off. I tried to bend it back in shape at least enough to hold for now, but it doesn't want to move. Is there anything I can do, maybe Xray can help me out here? Just my luck too, as it's the most expensive part to buy.

Thanks guys.

the only way to fix a bent aluminum part is to replace it.. once it is beant you will never get it back to perfect.. plus bending and re bending weakens it.. it will just keep bending back...

What version car is it? I've never seen bent bulkheads on an Xray but your best bet is to buy new...

I have the FK04. I would just buy a new part if one breaks, but unfortunately, they only sell them as an entire set of 4, and it costs $90.
I wish they sold them in at least pairs.

Check Ebay, I have bougth a set of rears there. Good chance a set of fronts will apear.

They only way to getting them bent is loosing a screw and hitting something.

remeber that the fk has extra holes for the antisquat setting so they are not the same as the t1 or evo2 bulkheads.

i have seen this happen on an xray before.

it was the FK04 and the rear left (one with that goes over the top of the motor)

there isn't much metal on that bulkhead and it does look pretty weak.

the guy had to replace it with an evo2 one for the rest of that meeting but he just bent it back (don't ask how..because none of us know, lol)
