Lol... Pretty scary I actually won a heat of Invite at the Reedy with that car and was in the top 10 in points after the first day! The car actually wasn't bad and was a rocket off the line but I killed it for the 2nd day when I tried the motor in reverse rotation...

Hard to see but that was the first of the front steer cars I played with. I actually still have that beast in an old box of misc dead prototypes in the garage! Lol...

i remember seeing pics of that car and thinking.. damn Josh has had too many erector sets as a kid! haha. totally cool tho. if you still have it you should mod it slighlty to offset the motor mount to center a brushless motor and get a lipo in there just to see what it does and see if that electronics layout is worth looking into for the lighter batteries of today.

wow, amazing design, i like how the motor is lower than the chassis, true low CG, and the centering of the motor and the batteries is smart.
