I have one and it will not run a Hudy, Ofna, or Integy auto tire truer.

Looks like a Samlex PS. But there are different versions and the small one wonīt work with a tire truer.
Do you have specs from the PS?

Radio shack is 25amps at 13.8volts +/- .5

my Radio Shack ps came at 14.2v. opened it up, adjusted the pot..and brought it down to 13.8 so my motor checker would work properly.

i use it to power two fans, two recordbreak chargers and a motor checker at the same time.

So itīs the bigger Samlex. Very good PS. I also adjusted the output voltage but down to 13V as this is really high enough for the charger for working properly. Also doesnīt get that hot with the lower voltage.

I built a power terminal like that for mine too. I've used mine with a Turbo35, LRP Comp + charger, Novak Smart Tray, Tire warmers, and a Peltier Motor cooler all running at once with no problems.

Building a power distribution box.

Nice. I was just looking at the much more power distributor. I'm assuming I can build one for a lot less.

John & Jaybee, Any tips on building one of these other than the obvious Radio Shack parts(terminals, project box, switches).

Any help with the internal wiring would be appreciated.
