Default Firelap IW1001

Randomly browsing for something else and found this TC, looks like a good price for the spec of the chassis. OK, the electrics aren't going to be up to much, but thoughts about the rest of it?

I don't know much about it other than it is the same car someone was trying to pass off as a US made TC. That obviously didn't go we'll as the thread I that is now closed.
For that amount of money I would find a used tc6.1 that will have good local parts availability.
That's my 2 cents.

+1

The car could work well but you're screwed if there's no parts.

It looks like a Tamiya knock-off. There is parts support from the same site listed above. The parts prices is really cheap.

Its unknown about the parts quality and durability. Perhaps someone will be willing to be a "crash test dummy" to give it a try and post a review.
