I was woundering what kind of rollout people were using on a foam sedan with a neo one 9t brushless motor, I have no idea where to start.

I'm pretty sure that these problems were caused by a bad connection in sensor wire, it causes signal breaking from time to time and it makes speedo to overheat.

BTW: Last weekend I saw a LRP Q2 to go with flames... Not a pleasant smell...

EDIT: And one question to ask from LRP: When are you going to make a brushless speedo without brudhed operation. What's the point to put that into brushless speedo?

I think the main reason for them to make a brushless speed control that still has brushed operation, is so that people who already have their brushed setup dont have to toss that all out the window at once.
also i read that it would be more reasonable to buy the esc first, and then worry about buying a 90 dollar motor for it later, and until then, just run your brushed motors.
oh yeah, and to compete with novak I think.

I was thinking of buying one, instead of that I'll be waiting for the Mamba Maxx for touring cars. IF LRP/Asso was developing a USB-link like Castel Creations Phoenix link you should be able to upgrade the esc software instead of buying a new esc. If that's the reason I think why LRP/Asso is coming with a new one in such a short time.

Targeted release date for Sphere Competition is January, it may take a while until all orders are filled tough!

@Arctic: actually the "normal" Sphere is not rated to be used with the 4-Star motor. And I'd say that, under normal circumstances, will not be able to handle it as well. Sorry

Hey Steve, wrong thread...

But he should be the same as you since you're clones anyway, same person -> same driving...
Give Bob a kick (and say hello...) and tell him to send you to our race in April.
