From the looks of that entry list
There doesn't appear to be much of a pan car base in that area ?

I know we have a handful of WGT guys that have not signed up. Guys get signed up !...

I would hazard to guess the two spec 12th scale classes will get pulled into one.... so get signed up for those as well ....

I had a long discussion with the Race Director today, and they will be building on the previous ideas to get tech handled efficiently.

Those of you getting into town on Wednesday, let's get tech'd early and get ready to go..

Hey Racers,

Just to get you an idea of what is going to be tech'ed. This is not the best video but I just wanted to give everyone an idea what to expect.

Good luck to all the racers.

4Alarm came to our state race. He has an old fire truck converted to a pizza kitchen. Pretty cool, very good!

That was pretty much what was checked, and how the BRCA UK nationals were checked before the 2012 AGM.

This is now the current body scrutineering rules;

16.5.1
Touring Car Body Dimensions: Overall Wing size Inc endplates (WxDxH) 190x40x20Max (mm)
Wings (excluding endplates) are to be of single moulded construction (no flat-packs/bend your own) and to be mounted directly to the body (no spacer between shell and wing), on the mounts provided at the back of the shell.
All features (front splitter / bumpers) from the original moulding must remain on the shell.
16.6
The minimum car weight, including personal transponders but not handout transponders is 1350g.

A lot simpler now I think you'll agree.
Perhaps ROAR could look at making body checking quicker and simpler at their next AGM

Not only will the motor need to be out of your car to be teched, it must be presented for inspection disassembled. I am not sure how the schedule will work for this race but by the time official controlled practice starts, your vehicle must be completely legal with all pre-teched items labeled (motor, batteries, bodies).

For those of you athletic folks.... We have a Mountain Bike trail on site, you can see it at the bottom left of the photo. I will have couple bikes at the track if people want to get some exercise.

Ride at your own risk.

We've pitted in the trailer lot. Plenty of room for parking, right by track, flat and level, and no through traffic. We have left trailers overnight and never had any issues.
