I really like this too but think they made a couple of dates too close to birds and IIC dates. I know those are not roar races and those don't matter to them but for maximum entries a couple of weeks different could make a huge difference. Especially the carpet nats. The fuel nats would only effect half a dozen people tops.

I dont think that they feel they dont matter per se, but you can only go so far in accommodating as many people as possible. I think the saying goes that you can please some of the people some of the time, some of the people all the time, all the people some of the time but never all of the people all the time. No matter what dates they chose, there would be people that had some problem with the timing of the nationals

Definitely an improvement. At least now people can make plans ahead of time! Way to go ROAR prez et al.
