New shocks

Hi

Please help me

I've heard that Tamiya are the shocks to have. I like the shocks on my Xray so far. Easy to bleed the same and nice build quality.

That must have been one heck of a crash.

I never had a problem with the plastic body XRAY shocks. I found they last a good long time before needing to be rebuilt. They can break in a hard crash though, as you discovered ;) If you just need to replace the shock bodies, you can pick up a set of those really cheap. They are probably one of the least expensive XRAY parts.

If you go with Tamiya shocks, you would need to do some modification to get them to fit.

Everyone has differing opinions about what "the best" is. In offroad I've heard most people swear by Kyosho shocks. In onroad, most people say Tamiya.

If it was me needing to replace an entire T3 shock set, I'd probably try out a set of T-Shox, just because they seem like an interesting design.
