Default Futaba 9550 vs Hitec 475

Hi guys,

I planning on getting a Fut 9550 for my SDW mainly because of the added space it gives for electronics but I m still concerned about the performance, this is my question:

My actual hitec servo is 0,18 sec and the futaba 9550 is 0,11 sec so will I see a noticeable change in speed or not?

The torque is about the same and both have enough for EP 1/10 cars

Thanks!!

I use to have a 0,16s servo and now I use the 9550, the difference was clearly noticeable and on the SD the space for electronics is quite tight (I used to own one), the 9550 is really great for this car.

From the price, the speed, the torque, Futaba is clearly has the EDGE over hitec..............I would just buy the 9550 (already have 2) simply because it is from Futaba.

Thanks guys,

I noticed futaba made another low profile servo 9102 but not digital still 0,13 sec! Thats a 0,05 increase compared to my hitec

I guess you need a least 0,02 sec incrrease to see a difference, no?

I have to check the prices now
