OK...so I own 4 GT1/GT2 K cars...all nitro...One is a GT1/MP777WC full blown track car...you name it its got...Got it Dialed and will be running the state series in Florida next season with it...A Gt1 brushless conversion kinda fell into my hand last week with a Mamba monster out of an Erevo 2200kv motor 23T/48 spur gearing...bone stock suspension...so I put in a real steering servo, a 5000mh 60-120 discharge on 4s lipo...put some of my Alpha Mediums off my GT2 nitro and took it for a spin on a very tight local track of mine...here is the youtube vid...I am hooked..lol

Flojo...so how do you compare the conversion with 2 speed and mechanical brakes (RC-Monster) vs full electric control ?? I have a GT2 that I have laying around that I could convert !! what car has faster lap times if you ever tracked them before ?? very curious !

Has anyone gone through and replaced all the hardware on their Inferno with hex screws (instead of the silly philips head screws).
If so, did you pick up a kit or just individual screws? Also, did you use the self tapping screws where required or did you use regular screws?

Ya know, when I took my GT2 out of the box two weeks ago, the screw heads were the first things I noticed.
I was very disappointed, but, you know what, I am now OK with them.
Much faster the check for tightness, don't have to fiddle around and find a number
of different sizes of Allen wrenches to use.
I will not change them all out just so they match my Vorzas.LOL

This the theme I'm shootin for lol but who knows wht ill end up with . Love the liberty walk 458 tho
Personally loved my 2200 & 2650 castle motors . But since I got a tekin , kinda hard to go back these just make your ride so smooth from initial throttle all the way through , my gt2 feels like a drag car , none of my other gt8 cars with castle motors would pull off the line like this does with the tekin system that said you can't go wrong ith castle price I use to get a new parted system on ebay for $200 on good days lol
I'd go like 18-21t pinion
