Default Speed Passion MMM and the v3?

thinking to get SP motor. What is the different on the MMM and the v3?

I thought the MMM series motor is a bit lighter then V3 motors, i also thought the MMM has more torque then the V3.
I have both of these motors but in different windings so i'm unable to know the exact difference between those 2 type of motors.

v3 mmm is ligter and has +10 timing board compared to v3
