Having problems with 1/12 & Schulze

Hey guys,

Does anyone race 1/12 with a Schulze U-Force75 using 4 cells? My Schulze seems to be cutting power on and off? I'm new to 1/12 so any help would be great!

Thanks guys

your u force speedos thermal overload protection is cutting in, some guys in sydney have had similar problems with this. generally this happens when your gearing is too high, try gearing down a bit. at our local track where a common rollout is about 28mm for a brushed motor most people running brushless have to run about a 21-22mm rollout

could it be due to the cut-off voltage? last heard from schulze, their brushless are designed for 6cells, cutoff at 5.4v.

mine is still in service in their factory. once i got mine, i'll oso test on my 4cell 1/12

sorry vegetto but i'm not sure what you mean by on off so i am going to assume it is the problem i had. what was happening with my car was after a long straight when i'd release the throttle then gun it again it would hesitate for a few seconds or launch of "jittery" i put a capacitor connected to a servo lead and subsequently connected to my free channel on the reciever and it has seemed to solve the problem. if you are runing a personal like me, use a "Y" lead.
