Are you happy now, John Bull?

Joe,
I agree with you that the TC3 is a great car. I have owned two over the last three years.
This year I purchased a Mission. This is by far my favorite. I am faster and more consistent than with either of the TC3s. For me, it’s a better car. I am just a “club racer”. I have never raced in a big race, but to me, I am the most important person racing RC cars. The results of World and National title races do not affect how I finish at my club race. The setups for open permanent tracks do not work on our tight parking lot track with 2x4 barriers. Sure there are fast guys at my track with TC3s, sometimes they finish in front of me, and sometimes behind.
I am not trying to discredit the recent success of the AE team and the TC3. I enjoy following the races, and I am happy to see the TC3 win. I have to race with what works best for me, and currently it is my Mission. For me, it is easier to setup and easier to drive fast.

Hi guys. Greetinmgs from Malta.

RACERDAVE. I agree with you entirely. I have always been faster with my MR4 than with my son's TC3, and I prefer to drive the MR4 any day.

All I have been saying is that at the end of the day, TC3s do so much winning, at the top end of the scale, that it's got to be pretty good.

Yes, I too am just a club racer, and a slow one at that, so really we have to look at what the good guys do with their cars, because at the end of the day, they are the ones that are getting the best out of their cars.

I have just built up a second Mission for a customer, and yes indeed I am impressed. I am sure it is a greast car. If it weren't that I would scrape the bottom of the chassis on the bankings, and make the car look instantly second hand, I would put some electrics in it and give it a whirl.

Regards

Joe from sunny Malta.
