BK - What are those awful rubber tires doing on your new car?

Have you run your new packs yet?

new ultras will be ran this weekend at HPI challenge or at Brush Farm.

The rubber tires are for display puposes only and will not be used for racing...who would race with rubber tires anyway?????

Hi
I am back...alive!
Worlds was awesome* met lots of people and checked out all the cool cars :-)
I will be gradually scanning and posting my piccies on my website, will provide URL here when done.

Marcus Mobers was the other Corally driver who finished 41st.
He was a great help to me during the event and we all had a great time together....racing and partying!

My scanner is not cooperating with XP at the mo but when it is I will start putting piccies up.

The freddo incident was pretty funny! It was during morning warm up and this guy was losing altitude and made a crash landing, as you can see, on the back straight of the track. The practice was immediately halted of course and the cops and channel 7 people (not arriving in that order though!) were swarming everywhere, quite an amusing morning!!

Does anyone have any set-ups for foam tires on a asphalt non-treated track? I would like to see what others are doing.

Here's my foam setup. I ran this with no tyre additive allowed and no track treatment.

Hope it helps.....

hey boys and girls,

let me first start by saying hello. ok, ok. i'm picking up a c4.1 tomorrow. i saw some pics of someone's where they ran the batteries symetrical like the xray's. anybody running this, or have tried it? it looks pretty, but that should put more weight on the rear. i'd like to do it, as i have some saddle packs the standard way with a small jumper and i don't want to flip the front half of the battery to get it to work. i will, of course, be asking more questions one i get the car. i've been admiring it for a while for it's suspension and general quality. hopefully you guys can get me dialed in.

later, seaball.

Cool, thanks seaball, glad you like it.

Yeah that's how I run it currently, and just ran it like that at the worlds!

I find it makes the left to right balance correct as opposed to having different load values on all four wheels! It is especially good when you set the car up for aggressive steering, when the car is set neutral to understeer you don't really notice the weight in-balance as much.
