Anyone have a link to a place that I can get a 8x1 online as well as some brushes and springs? I can't find them anywhere. US for mail order would be preferred.

Adam: I will find out what he ran.

DJG24: We have been shipping about 500-700 motors a week. I will see what I can do on locating a place where you can get one.

DJD24, you can go to Tower hobbies to get all the Checkpoint product you need.

Adam, Jared ran a 11x2

1) Gold springs on pos and neg.
2) 6 cell infinity brush
3) 12 degrees of timing.

We have been shipping motors to GP for the last month and a half.

Duane,

Can you give me a call at the shop, I need to get some logos for Tebo. Thanks. (he says the motors are insane!)

Not yet Eddie. Expect to hear something towards the end of summer along with the stock & 19t motors.

Thanks Daryl, but it looks as if Tower just received an order and they are in stock now. I have a couple of motors coming with some brushes and springs. I can't wait to try these out. I just hope my current sponsor isn't reading this or I'm in trouble.LOL Doesn't matter I'd rather buy whats fast than get something slower for free anyway.

Daryl,

Can you please post some info on your new 19T spec motor, does it have adjustable or fixed timing?

Also what is the difference between the express and infinity brushes?

Thanks,
Mark

Got my 7x1 today from Tower... going to give it a try on the carpet (touring car) on Sunday at Trackside. I will post how it compared to my DC 7x1 Ti motor on Sun night

You'll be impressed, the 7x1 is now pretty much my choice for every track it seems like.

Should I go with the silver spring on the pos or just run the golds it came with?

Running a silver spring on the positive side will give a noticiable power increase, I always run silver on the positive now.
