Turnigy Trackstar in my touring car and my son's touring car. These are awesome little motors! Especially for $32 each.

Ea d3.5 and a reedy 17.5. Both are very comparable I prefer the feel of the reedy, but the d3.5 does seem to have a bit more on the straight!

In my TC I run the Gen 1 Tekin, I have tested many of the other motors, some have a little more torque and need to be geared differently, but the I ALWAYS go back to my Tekin, so much smoother, Almost ALL the other TC guys at the track have been running the D3.5 Maxillias, but they seem to be difficult to gear properly and like to run much hotter than my Tekin, After an 8 minute main my Gen 1 Tekin 17.5 comes off around 140 degrees, also I run a Tekin RS,

Revtech 17.5 w/ HT rotor and a Tekin RS Pro. Timing is 2.5 ticks from full motor timing and comes off the track at 145ish. I haven't been out to the tracks in 2-3 month though.
