Default basic touring car suspension setup

ok, so I just got my old school Yoko MR4TC out and running, diffs are buttery smooth, belt is in awesome shape...so anyway, I get power on understeer, and I have a little play in the front wheels that I cant seem to get rid of (caster blocks?), how much is normal? I have not setup a touring car in like 10 years so my memory is a bit foggy!

She is planted through the corners, and throttle off turn in is very quick.

I don't mean to hijack your thread, but I have an incomplete MR-4tc with me that I want to sell off cheap. Just to let you know.
