Default Shorty pack in touring car??

Track is switching to on-road, can I use my shorty packs to run 17.5 touring car? do they have the run time?

They will work but you'd probably want to move some weight around to get a better L/R balance. They will make your car way under legal weight however.

I ran them for several race days . I found them to have a softer punch (hi internal resistance) and I ended up running lower FDR than everyone else at track and still kept motor cool .
I balanced my car but moving ESC to battery side . It really made the car easy to drive but with conventional packs I was .2 faster per lap .
They will work great unless ur off the pace only because of punch , not consistency. That's why I got away from shorty packs .
