From which planet did you come? Did you want to go racing there next week?

The building they used was sold and they had to move out 2 months after the European Championship

I was hoping they could get the building across the street there which was insulated and 3 times bigger with a flat concrete floor (this would be europe's largest indoor track) but I guess those plans didn't make it.

I raced in te viol cup last weekend, and had good fun. There were 87 entrants in total, 16 1/12th scale. Although servo troubles and no time to practice gave me troubles during qualifying, I had a good time. Took second in the B-main with a second and first place finish. Would have been 1st and 1st if my darn Hitec hadn't glitched in the first main. I will be shopping for a Futaba 9602 this week.
As the dutch saying goes: "goed-koop is vaak duur-koop". (It's often cheaper in the long run to invest in something better).
I also had a good chat with veteran racer Frans Heinsbroek, who accepted my challenge to come run Pro10 with me in a clubrace next year. After defeating the top German Pro 10 racers a few weeks ago, let's see if I can take on a past national champ (on my home track off course, I'm not that good a driver )
All in all, I'd like to invite you all to come over for the next Viol cup race at 18 december, and have a great weekend of fun together!
