It doesn't look like the car will be produced. I race at Josh's track and have seen this car through all of it's iterations. Josh put alot of time and ingenuity into this design. I've seen (and had) all the TC's out there and this really is a step forward. I think that if Kyosho want to be a player in TC then they should build this car. Oh well............

Just a quick question for those that have recived their Stallions allready, how much diffrent is the kit car compared to Adachis car?

http://www.overrc.com/courses/course...shoadachi1.jpg

Link to his car there.

If the kit car is anything t go from on the picture TFR posted a page back then quite alot!

No anodised Top bulkheads,no anodised rear diff, carbon rear top deck plate instead of Alloy one?

Just wonderd if you owners could perhaps post some pics of you cars box standard?

TIA

I've seen the car at my LHS..it's got all the nice red bling bling..but the car is no longer mid motor...the motor is positioned more to the rear like your Xray T2, Hotbodies Cyclone...etc

The picture TFR posted a few posts back is the std kit car. I have mine just about done so once I have the electrics in I will take some pics and post them. Will be giving the Stallion its first run this weekend. Cant wait

I am guessing Kyosho will relaease the other parts as options. Whether we need them will be another story.

The 2 things that I wasnt 100% happy with was the giant turnbuckles and the rear belt rubs on the spur gear mount(plastic) It needs a slight angle on the back face to eliminate this. Hopefully there will be a alloy spur gear adapter out soon.

If the car TFR posted a on the last page is the kit car then i want be buying one, looks very cheap and plastic not worth 350 by a long shot.

Money betta spent on a Hara Edition cyclone me thinks!

@ A_C...You need to see some more photos or have a look at one. It isn't anymore plastic than every other tourer.

@ 2-Bad...Don't think Bob will be jumping ship for a while

Sorta looks like a Yokomo BD but with the motor spur gear moved up a few millimeters, But it looks like with the placement of the spur gear it moves the battery out from the center line a bit also. I'm just going by the photo's posted. I already own a few belt TC's and I was going to get the Stallion...The Mid motor one that they were showing...I don't think I'll be getting one now because I already have 2 similar BD TC's and I really don't think the performance of the Stallion is going to be any better than that of the 2 cars I already own. Mi2...My Yokomo BD has aluminum bulkheads so does my Cyclone. I am not a big fan of plastic bulk heads they do strip out in time and flex under load, I don't care what anyone tries to tell me they do flex under load, I know that it's a cost cutting issue for Kyosho but as much as they are asking for this car they should have included aluminium bulk heads. Not hatting on this car in any way. I was just disappointed in their choice in design, I thought the mid motor car looked better. I'm sure it's going to be a good car and I'm sure a better driver will beat me with this car as well...but he would still beat me even if I had the Stallion BD...

At last!! Someone who is actully clued up about TCs I cudnt agree more about the plastic bulkheadhead situation! What a shame that such a nice car is spolied by such cheap looking parts

I spose its like most companys out there tho,wat the team drivers run is completly diffrent to waht we can buy!(apart from HB )

Hi Adrian,

Just wondering how the new ride went today at Bayside?

Thanks,

Leonard.
