- shaft and belt car will have the same suspension

- shaft car will also be called TF-5.

- shaft car will arrive before the belt car.

- belt car is really targeted for asphalt racing not foam/carpet racing. thus Kyosho is aiming for the IFMAR Worlds this year which is rubber/asphalt.
Isn't that exactly what i said earlier ?

I race at Josh's and have seen all the versions run,
and I have to say that the latest version is AMAZING!!!!
All I can say is that it's not the car in RC World.

I think that Kyosho will crush the TC world WHEN Josh's car
comes out. If you have seen what I have, you will WANT the
full Josh version.

Thats the new Kyosho car?. What happened to the design Josh originally came out with? Cells mounted side saddle in the rear with motor at the front mid of chasis while it had a unique design in the steering dept? That car looks like a ripp off version of the Cyclone amongst others?

If kyosho made the Josh Cyrul design, i wouldda bought one but them coming out with a clone? no thx.

Their are two cars gents. A belt drive and a shaft drive.

the shaft drive will be out first. It is still to soon for a release date, but look for the car before the IIC Vegas race.

Steve Wang, I have not heard you call yet...

I like this current lay out the best as far as looks wise the motor
is moved compared the the rest of the twin belt design and i like
how they have the steering designed as single bell crank and still
have the servo facing 90 degree which saves a little bit more
space or at least looks like it does.

However the belt driven car is the one they will be using at the Worlds, and it has no name yet, if ever. Release of that car is uncertain as far as I know.

i dunno... which time did you state what Chris posted?

Hebiki, you dont still have an old KX laying around, do ya? mine is in a box somewhere in the closet, gathering dust!
