Default Looking for Help re ON ROAD Car Selection - New to Hobby.

Please go easy on my I am new to cars.

I am looking for a Good Quality 4 Wheel Driver Brushless Street Racer. (Not Track) I have read a lot of posts and people used to like the HPI Club Racer for that. But alas it is not available any more, or at least I cannot find one, only parts. I just want the kit so I can choose my Motor, LiPos, ESC etc. I really do not want to go bigger than 1/10th in fact 1/12th would be good. It will never see a manicured track. It will see my driveway and the street so I want a car that will not get destroyed on the first run. However, I am an Old Retired Engineer and I am really into precision and quality (Price permitting) Budget up to $300 for the Kit.

Not a Drifter or other fancy varient just really good fast good looking (Porsche Body, Aston Body etc) Street Racer.

Any help, recommendations, opinions would be greatly appreciated.
