I threw out all my foams. But I thought Parma 28mm foams fit with 6mm wheel hexes and maybe 1 or 2 wheel shims. Jaco foams won't fit because of the offset.... You will however have to use the shorter suspension blocks because if you don't, your car will be wider than 190mm.

Default New TA-05 from Tamiya

Just got one this week, it drives better than my EVO3 Surikarn!

I replaced all screws with titanium, all turnbuckels with titanium, got my TRF shocks from my TA04, changed to 64pitch spur 102 is my choice.

I also got that upper carbon bumper upper-plate from my Surikarn, fitted perfectly.

Planning to put up photos if you'd like me to...

Okay, finally got my ESC in so I can test the TA-05 out. I run carpet, and the 28mm will not fit on the factory suspension. Luckily I had a set of 26mm, which fits fine but the fronts needed a pair of washer (1 on each side) so the wheels won't rub the camber turnbuckles. All I have to say is that I am very pleased with it. It seems like it can take the corners much faster than my TA-04 Pro, and it's very stable. I must say the drivetrain is engineered well, because it's way smoother than the TA-04's. Amazing part is that I do not have a single modification done to this thing yet! I'd like to see what TRF dampeners and an upper deck will do to it.
