Just flip the servo upside down.

Or.... You know you were looking for a reason to upgrade to a newer servo.

FYI, TA05MS does not use any TA05 plastic trees (A- part, K-Part, M-Part.....)

The one design feature that made the TA05 unique to me, was the Mid-Motor chassis design with equal length drive belts, the above photo of the TA05MS looks more like a rear motor chassis design, with one short and one long belt. Could just be the camera angle? Looks more like a cross between a TA05 and TRF415 - Maybe a TRFTA4105

If you look at the bottom pic it looks as if it has 2 equal belts. No worries.

yah i know. but here's a little photoshop work.

two red lines in the back, just in case the wheelbase is shortened and the axles are pushed forward. still a big difference in length

Here is a tub chassis for comparison...I think the open bulkheads and the angle give the front belt the appearence of being longer than the rear.

Another pic...

I wonder if thats why the belts are black is because the blue blets (WHICH YOU WOULD THINK WOULD BE IN THE PIC) aren't the same size?

I think its just a bad camera angle. That combined with a longer motor mount making it look as those the motor and spur aren't in the same position as all other TA05 chassis.

I have a feeling that it is not equal lenght belt. If it is, then the motor has to be more to the front.

Is this the picture of the 30th anniversary special version? I heard that the wheel base for this special version is shorter to fit the body.
