415MS with tub chassis plus double deck... wasn't that a little bit too much already?...
Running 415 3mm chassis with double deck on asphalt foam, already feel no flex...

Don't get me wrong my man! Tamiya making new chassis every year is the best thing that can happen to this sport. This is a win win for everybody! It energizes the sport by looking forward to the latest greatest and keeps the competition working hard to keep up the challenge of a new design.
I'm sure the costs are more than anyone can imagine to engineer design and manufacture new parts and apply state of the art technology to the RC industry. I wasn't trying to be critical towards Tamiya but rather applaude their continued refinement of their product. If it means paying a little more money for the latest and greatest let the market decide the cost of supply and demand! We don't have to buy it if we don't want to!
I for one want too!!!!There is a price to pay for everything!!
Last but not least............................................. ......................
I'm excited to see the constant change of things to come in the sport and glad the Tamiya is a the four front of thinking out of the box.
Change is good!!!!!!

Yea I just had to vent a bit because a lot of people tend to think "how much can a piece of plastic like this cost" and do not see everything that took place behind the scene just to make it happen.

So does anyone have an issue of RC World to run a high res scan off of?

I have a copy but don't have it with me right now! If no one posts a larger image I will scan and post one in about 5hrs from now.
Thanks,

If you read the Tamiya TCS rules for the Worlds, you need to run stick packs with Tamiya connectors!!
Imagine Q2/GTX running with a Tamiya plug

looks like a belt drive with a tub chassis

That's Dave spashett's new ride.

It's similar to a 415, but not a direct "Copy to Tub" that we expected. There's no top deck, but there are front and rear braces like the TB-02 has. It looks like the spur gear layshaft is mounted more closely to the centerline of the chassis too, making the front belt shorter and the rear longer than the 415. You can clearly see the motor under the person's hand. The arms and hub carriers look like the old 04/414 arms than the MS/LW arms. Any other observations?
