I'm gonna pick up one of the Ferrari based kits. I've put it off because I just spent a bunch of money on a used TA04. Well, what is left of it anyway. The front and rear are about all that is left of the original.

Installed my center one-way today. Anyone else notice that the fit seems a little tight once its installed? To the point where it causes the pads to squeeze the one-way pulley and take away some of its freedom.

The instructions say to install a .3 and .2 shim. I found that removing the .2 shim was neccesary to get the one-way pulley to spin as freely as I thought it should.

Anyone else run into this?

Anybody know how much weight you are losing by using the lightweight carbon chassis and strapping the batts down?? My car is at around 1570 grams after installing aluminum screws throughout. i've got a TCS coming up and need to put this badboy on a diet.--Al

You'll take out atleast 40 grams in that mod. Try using a S9550 servo aswell and also have Titanium driveaxles allround will take another 10 grams and also using a personal transponder helps.

Guys,
Did anyone of you seen this??? http://www.tamiyausa.com/articles/ln...hi%20setup.pdf

Do you notice that he is using the option suspension block? He is using 1B & 1XC for front and 1XD & 1B for the rear.
The thing is, I can only find 1A,1B,1C,1D,1E or X, XA, XB, XC, XD but I cant find those 1XA, 1XB,1XC, 1XD... I am confused..

BTW, My TA05 is almost done. I had the Front oneway, CF shock Tower, LW lower deck, TRF dampers, Alum. servo mount, UJ and Stabilizer bar. I still need to get the suspension block and hard arms.

Hi Rocket. I have the 46mm and so far, OK. No need to put extra redfoams on the diffs, nothing popping out... I'm also getting them to the rear, although not necessarily at all....
