DAn, are you copying my car. Sounds like you bought BK's TA05.

You are certainly keen to get to Japan

I know requests have been placed for loans of all three of my Tamiya's, depending on what cars are allowed this year

Not happy with the "lightweight" TA-05 chassis I just got. It only weighs 1/4 of an ounce less then the stocker (used scales). The main difference is it is far stiffer. But the Lightweight nomenclature is BS.

i think they used the word lightweight, cause, "lighter then the stock chassis" wouldn't fit on the label

Im actually thinking of getting one aswell as I read that its around 40 grams lighter, but not sure now as others are complaining about tweak.

Does anyone know what weight difference you can get with the Tamiya Titanium Axles in all four corner?

Can anyone also confirm that the Tech Racing Blue turnbuckle set and Carbon Battery holder and the same as what tamiya is selling?

I bought one and it has a lot less tweak then the stock one has. My TA05 is only 5g. over ROAR weight for rubber tires. My car is keeping up with the local hot shoes that are running high dollar cars. I am quite happy with my TA05.................
